December. The month of cold weather, twinkling lights, and most importantly the most festive holiday season. However, for most high school students this time is full of stress, gossip, anxiety, and most of all drama. “No Drama December” is a student-led movement to avoid drama and conflict, to focus on support and empathy during the forgiving holiday season. The primary goal of this movement is to make peace, reduce stress, and to improve relationships to create a full month to enjoy a peaceful drama less holiday. While this is a great program, it is not very widespread.
How can I participate? You can start now by leaving drama in the past, Avoid gossip, resolve your conflicts peacefully, of course not everyone will get along, but it is still very important to be nice and find peace in order to enjoy this time of year.
