The Gordon Central Wrestling Team is wrapping up their season. It was been a fun journey through this season, especially with the seniors.

Their last match is at Commerce High School on Sat. Feb 7.  It has been a great season this year. We are proud of everyone on the team!

The Gordon Central Wrestling Warriors competed at the 1A-7 Area Traditional Tournament at Dade County, finishing Area Runner-up behind Trion. Trion scored 240.5, Gordon Central 214, and Gordon Lee 208.5.

Brayden Timms earned the Area Championship. Area Runner-up finishes went to Hayden Thompson, Athens Parker, Vance Siburkis, Wildon Garcia, Mathew Lara, and Adan Lara. Johnathan Gonzalez, Colton Banks, and Andon Bailey placed 3rd. Mathew Smith placed 5th (alternate), and Cooper Pass finished 6th.

The Warriors wrestled with intensity from start to finish and delivered an impressive team performance.
