The Olympic mens figure skating singles, was held on the February 10 and 13, at the Milano Ice Skating Arena, in Milan Italy. There were twenty nine competitors from 21 nations.
1st place- Mikhail Shaidorov

2nd place- Yuma Kagiyama
Twenty-two year old Yuma Kagiyama a Japanese figure skater, and former world junior record holder for the free skate, is known for his speed, skating skills and consistency. Yuma has been earn awards for years including winning silver in this years, 2026 Winter Olympics, and will continue to.
3rd place- Shun Sato
Twenty-two year old Shun Sato a Japanese figure skater, began skating in 2009 and will continue to. He has won many awards, including winning bronze in the 2026 Winter Olympics in the men’s singles.
Ilia Malini, is a American figure skater. He is a 2026 Olympic Games team event gold medalist, two-time World champion, three-time Grand Prix Final champion, seven-time Grand Prix gold medalist, four-rime Challenger Series gold medalist, and four-time U.S. national champion. This year, at the 2026 Men’s Olympic Free Skate, Malini took a unexpectedly low score, causing him to drop to 8th place. Due to severe mental pressure, resulting in falls and downgraded jumps. He even missed his signature quadruple axel, turning it into a single. These errors cost him approximately 72 points making it impossible to stay in contention for a metal.
