A green sea turtle named Nutella is now back home into the blue sea. Nutella was rescued in the Florida Keys four months ago. She was tangled in fishing line. Nutella almost lost a flipper due to the lack of circulation, and even swallowed some of the line. She was rushed to the turtle hospital, where doctors discovered tumors on her body and eyes. Doctors thought she wasn’t going to make it, but she fought through it.

After her successful tumor removal, she made her way back to Sombrero Beach. The manager of the turtle hospital taught kids about sea turtles. More than 200 people were there to cheer Nutella on. Nutella has made her way back home into the Atlantic Ocean.
