GC’s Boys Soccer Team advances to the Elite Eight by defeating Fitzgerald High School by the score of 2 – 0!  Despite being up against a tougher opponent, our boys’ soccer team prevailed.  The first half was a scoreless affair.  Both team’s defenses were incredibly strong.

In the second half, GC’s offense found their stride and scored 2 goals, both by our beloved Charley Garcia!  Our defense stayed strong, denying several attempts by Fitzgerald.  Armando Sanchez had an amazing night in goal, preventing any scoring opportunities reaching our net!

The Elite Eight game will be right here at GC in Ratner Stadium, on Tuesday, April 26 at 6:00 pm.  Be sure to come cheer our Warrior Soccer team to victory.  We are wanting to get a little payback against Pace Academy.
