Today marks the history of September 11th where our lives were at stake. There were about 3,000 thousand people that were killed on that fateful day. It hit the south and the north tower of the trade center. The hijackers on flight 11 hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center . The impact was on the 99th and 93th floor. The crash instantly killed thousands of people in the north tower. At 9:03 am  is when the flight 175 crashed in the south tower of the World Trade Center striking between 77th and the 85th floor. The South tower collapses and most of the New York’s  fire department were ordered to evacuate the North Tower. In total more than 2,700 people died at the World Trade Center . There were people that risked their lives to get most of the people out of the south and north towers of the World Trade Center. Most of the teachers at Gordon Central saw the twin towers collapse, as most of them were alive during that time.
