This battle in the historic Georgia vs Georgia Tech rivalry is definitely one to remember.

The game started off great for the Yellow Jackets scoring a lot quickly and going up 17-0 in the first half, but in the second half the Bulldogs would start their scoring getting the only touchdown of the 3rd quarter. Going into the fourth the bulldogs were down 17-6 and the deficit would be increased by a GT field goal. The Bulldogs would score again making the score 20-13. Tech would then drive 75 yards down field and score again, after this the Bulldogs would rally and score 2 touchdowns to tie the game and send it to overtime.

In the first and second OT both teams would score. The next two overtimes would be scoreless than both teams would score again in 4th OT. The next two overtimes would be scoreless but very close, then Georgia would capitalize off of a Tech mistake finally ending the game in 8th OT.
