National Superhero Day was created by Marvel employees on April 28th, 1995 to celebrate everyone’s favorite superheros. The idea behind National Superhero Day is to honor those who serve and protect while fighting evil, both real and fake.
Even though superheros are fictional, they are role models to many children. Our real-life superheros may not have capes; however, children look up to them as role models as well. Real-life superheros dedicate their lives to helping others, saving lives, and being a mentor. Police officers, firefighters, and teachers are just a few of those heros. National Superhero Day is a huge day for superhero geeks, movie lovers, artists, comic book collectors, and pop- culture enthusiasts. Most people will celebrate this day by watching movies, hosting parties, wearing costumes, and sharing prized possessions/ comic book.
some ways you can celebrate
