Our GC Boys Soccer team won in a convincing manner last Friday, April 15.  This was their first round of the State playoffs.  They beat Haralson County by a score of 9 – 0!  The highlight of the game came in the middle of the 1^st half when Charley Garcia scored his 100^th goal of his GC high school career – a school record.  He also beat his single season record by scoring his 31^st goal of this season.  Below is a picture of him scoring his 100th goal captured by Brandolyn Alred.
